Bloom Greenhouse and Garden Centre is conveniently located at 1421 Hammonds Plains Road between metro Halifax and the South Shore.

Where are you coming from?

Highway 102

Take exit 2 off Highway 102 (Kearney Lake) and turn left at the end of the off-ramp if you are coming from Halifax, and right if you are coming from the direction of Truro or the airport. Follow this road until it ends at a 3-way intersection with Hammonds Plains Road, turn left. Go straight through the next intersection (which is very soon after the 3-way intersection where you just turned left) and keep an eye out for our large Bloom Greenhouse and Garden Centre sign coming up on the right. If you reach another 3-way intersection with Lucasville Road, you have gone too far.

Sackville

Follow Lucasville Road to its end (away from Sackville), and turn left at the 3-way intersection with Hammonds Plains Road. You will see our Bloom Greenhouse and Garden Centre sign on the left side of the road very shortly after this turn. If you pass a Needs Convenience Store or an intersection with Kearney Lake Road, you have gone too far.

Highway 103

Take Highway 103 to exit 5 (Tantallon, St. Margaret’s Bay, Hammonds Plains) and turn left at the end of the off-ramp if you are coming from the South Shore, and right if you are coming from the direction of Timberlea. Follow Hammonds Plains Road straight through the intersection with Pock Wock Road, and straight through the intersection with Lucasville Road. You will see our Bloom Greenhouse and Garden Centre sign shortly after on the left side of the road. If you pass a Needs Convenience Store or an intersection with Kearney Lake Road, you have gone too far.

Bedford

Turn up Hammonds Plains Road (across from the Sobeys), and follow it through a few intersections and under the overpass of Highway 102. When you pass the intersections for Kearney Lake Road and Kingswood immediately after, keep an eye out on the right side of the road as you will see our Bloom Greenhouse and Garden Centre sign shortly. If you come to an intersection with Lucasville Road, you have gone too far.

Hammonds Plains

Our Greenhouse is located between the intersections at Lucasville Road and Kingswood. If you reach either the Kearney Lake Road intersection or the Pock Wock Road intersection, you have gone too far.
